I'll walk you step by step through the signup process and get you
searching like an agent quickly and easily
Dear Home Searcher,
Have you ever wanted to have
an agent give you their MLS access code so you could search the MLS
just like an agent?
My new ListingBook tool gives
you the ability to search like an agent. (Probably about 95% as
powerful)
You not only can search by hundreds of criteria, you can
exclude criteria. If you don't want to be
bothered with homes with swimming pools or homes with drive-under
garages, you can exclude them.
The polygon mapping tool
allows you to search the exact areas that you are interested in. No
need to sort through homes in parts of cities or zip codes that
you're not interested in.
Don't know where city
boundaries or school district boundaries are? No problem.
Just click on the boundary overlays for whatever you want.
Want to do some market research? You can search for the "solds"
for the past two years and be able to look at the pictures and
listing details for those home sales.
When you set up a search in
the Homefinder, you'll get morning reports of new listings and any
changes for homes that meet your search criteria.
It's easy to organize and keep
up with homes. You can keep favorites or put a home on your
watch list so you know when they have price drops or go under
contract.
1. Start by
typing a location criteria in the input box. As you start
typing, a list of possibilities pops up. Select one.
If you want to search by more than one location criteria, click
the link just below the input box.
2. You can
select the basic criteria such as price, bedrooms etc. or you
can click "More Options"
3. If you
just want to search for homes that are available, check
"Active". You can search for solds and even leased homes.
You can search for homes with recent price reductions or just
the new listings.
4. Hundreds of criteria
are grouped by category. Click the little arrow to pull up
the list of your choices. Some categories have many
choices so be sure to use the scroll bar to see them all.
5. Click
the check box once and a green check will select that criteria.
Click it a second time and a red X will appear which means that
homes with this characteristic will be excluded.
6. It's easy to
forget what criteria are selected. But look at the right
of each category title and it will state the number of items selected in
that category.
Word of Advice:
Start with a very broad search net and add specific criteria one
by one.
Word of Advice: Write down
the criteria you select and under what category it was found so
you know where to look if you want to change it.
7.
Save multiple searches for future use
8.
Boundary overlays for map for zip codes, cities, neighborhoods
and school districts.
9. Boundaries
outlined on map
10.
Sort by clicking on column titles. Click a second time to
reverse sort.
11. Listing sheet
with all the details. Organize as a favorite or reject it
so it doesn't come up again. Click "Property Watch" if you
want to get notified of price or status changes.
12.Set up a separate search
in "My Home Finder" in order to get daily updates.
First pick property
type and then all of your other search criteria options will
show up
This offer has nothing to do with any other
agent at Atlanta Communities other than Tim Maitski.
Each agent is an independent contractor who can choose to do
business as they so desire.
Our market area is in the
north metro Atlanta area.
We service Cobb County,
north Fulton County, Dekalb
County, Forsyth County and
Gwinnett County. We
are very familiar with Sandy
Springs, Dunwoody, Marietta,
Roswell, Alpharetta,
Buckhead, and Midtown.
We have sold homes inside
the perimeter and outside
the perimeter. We
can't know everything so for
clients who want to look for
property in Peachtree City,
Newnan, Stone Mountain,
Douglasville, Macon and
areas further out we will
gladly recommend a good
agent who specializes in
those areas.
We help buyers negotiate
with builders for
residential new construction
houses. New houses in
Atlanta are hot right now.
We can represent you in the
purchase of your new house
built by any of the
following builders: Torrey
Homes, MDC Homes, Centex
Homes, Pulte Homes, Morrison
Homes, Ryland Homes, John
Wieland Homes, Winmark
Homes, Meridian Homes, John
Willis Homes, Benchmark
Homes and many more home
builders.
We can help clients find
short term apartments for
rent but normally we don't
work with clients who are
just looking for rentals.
We do help clients find
Atlanta condos. We can
also help you purchase HUD
homes in Atlanta. We
are an authorized agent with
them and have the HUD key to
get into HUD homes. We
have access to foreclosure
homes that banks want to
sell.
We love showing executive
homes and luxury homes. We
always like to know how
people find our site.
Send us an email and tell us
which search term you used.
Some terms that we might be
found by are realty Atlanta,
Ga homes, Atlanta realty,
condos Atlanta, Atlanta
realestate, Atlanta
property, houses Atlanta,
Atlanta realtors, Ga houses,
or realtors Atlanta.
Maybe you found us by typing
in Atlanta MLS listings, or
Atlanta MLS search, or MLS
Atlanta GA. Hopefully we
don't come up under nursing
homes or funeral homes.
It is always amazing to me
how the Internet can allow
total strangers to find each
other and build new business
relationships. It
truly is becoming a small,
interconnected world.
